For teams connecting a real property network

BuildingMGR Bridge

Carry normalized operational context from a property network into PropertyMGR without exposing the building network or product database.

Bridge contract

One logical Bridge per managed building, with bounded connectors.

An Edge Node may host several connectors, but every message retains tenant, Site, Bridge, point, sequence, and source timestamps.

Enrollment

One-time operator-approved enrollment followed by rotating device credentials.

Connectors

Protocol adapters such as BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, or vendor REST normalize into one versioned contract.

Resilience

Local bounded queueing, batching, compression, idempotent retry, and health reporting.

Isolation

No PostgreSQL credentials and no required inbound exposure of the property network.

A practical first conversation

Define the building connection before promising an integration.

We review the existing protocol, point inventory, network boundary and operating owner together. Connector availability, retention and support are agreed for the specific deployment.

Bridge partnerships start from a concrete property protocol.

Connector work is qualified against an actual building, point inventory, network boundary, ownership model, and support agreement.
