- Application services and file storage have separate access controls. Uploaded files are private, with access governed by your workspace permissions.

Use account controls or contact us about access, correction or deletion. Privacy requests do not require a paid plan. Our Privacy Policy explains the details, including retention.

- The jobs, notes, photos and other records you add to organize and carry out your work.
- Service information
- Technical, security and support information used to operate the service, investigate problems and protect access.
- Assistance & providers
- Contracted providers support services such as hosting and email. When you use an enabled Assistant feature, relevant request content may be processed by an AI provider. You review suggestions before deciding what to save.

Company-managed workspaces.
When you use GroundBoot through an organization, its administrators manage membership, permissions and the organization’s work records. Personal-information handling is explained in our Privacy Policy.
