Workspace membership, roles and Site grants determine which records a person can see or change. A subscription or paid seat does not grant administrative authority.

Evidence and continuity

Evidence storage depends on the plan. Free Individual accounts retain original evidence on the device; eligible plans support cloud evidence. Keep pending work until synchronization is confirmed.
Private evidence
Cloud files are accessed through the application and its workspace permissions. Evidence buckets are not public galleries.
Recovery has a defined scope
Server records and cloud files need coordinated recovery. Ask us about the recovery and retention arrangements for your deployment; a retention period or recovery time is not implied by a feature name.
Assistance stays reviewable
Where Assistant is enabled, it helps draft and organize. Review proposed changes before applying them to a work record.
Preview means a conversation
Connected-property integrations and monitoring remain private preview. Availability and operating responsibilities are agreed before activation.
