Workspace and seats
Each active Company member needs a seat. Paying for a seat does not grant administrative access.
  • Essential is the mobile-and-web maintenance and asset experience.
  • Premium adds 3D Site orientation when the tenant plan also includes it.
  • Pro adds the PropertyMGR operating experience when the tenant has PropertyMGR services.
  • Access also depends on Company roles, assigned locations, subscription status and whether a record is open for changes.

Billing and support
How the recurring commitment is calculated.

  • The ongoing Essential trial has no scheduled expiry and does not renew its whole-trial allowances. For older finite trials, the agreed expiry and read-only/export dates still apply.
  • Expiry does not itself delete Company records or anyone's Individual account. Company owners manage billing on the web; members do not need personal Plus subscriptions to use their Company seats.
  • Extra seats, capacity and services require an agreed purchase. Reassigning or removing a seat does not promise an immediate refund or remove the plan's minimum commitment.

  • 3D files use the same storage pool as other files. Dedicated telemetry capacity and retention are agreed for a connected-building engagement; cloud-file storage is not a telemetry allowance.
